With a master’s in international development planning from UCL, Natasha has more than two decades of experience working with and for voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE) organisations and building the new social economy. She has supported hundreds of VCSE organisations to develop and grow, partnered with social investors to identify and invest in good, viable organisations that have high social and financial returns and local government to increase its social impact with new transformative funding and delivery models.

Dr Russ Bubley is our lead consultant in finance and social impact investing. He is an experienced social investment intermediary, an expert in developing financial and statistical models and he has a track record in developing innovative social investment models. Russ supports our clients to maximise the financial returns on investment.
David has an MSc in Economics (London School of Economics & Political Science) and an MSc in Health Policy (London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
David is well-known for his innovations in the field of conflict analysis, early warning and risk assessment. He is the Chairman of International Conflict and Security Institute Ltd, a managing partner, of Europe Conflict and Security Consulting Ltd and a group practice leader in mediation and dispute resolution.
He has worked in over 25 fragile and conflict-affected countries in Europe, Africa, Asia/Pacific, and Central America. He has held positions with the European Commission and he is also a published author.
Michael is an experienced evaluator, with a current focus on learning, creativity and culture programs. He has long-standing experience in performance management working for local government in children’s social care and education. He also has experience in the mental health and energy sectors. Michael has experience in research design, analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods, and has a keen focus on delivering robust evidence and actionable insights.
Michael has been a keen advocate of using research to inform and drive service improvements on both operational and strategic levels.
With over 25 years of business experience ranging from start ups to established growth businesses. He has worked with C suite level executives across the Education, Government, Sports, Charity and Recruitment sectors.
Marcel has huge experience in contract and partnership negotiations and will ensure that all parties are happy with investment. Having started and run his own successful Advertising Agency for over 15 years he can also answer any marketing questions you may have.
