Attended roundtable discussions with stakeholders including New Cross Hospital, the CCG Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton Voluntary Sector Council, Public Health and Wolverhampton City Council
Identified the biggest costs to the NHS were older people, living alone in poverty admitted to hospital
Designed a project and secured feasibility funding from the Lottery Commissioning for Better Outcomes Fund to develop a new funding and delivery model called a Social Impact Bond

Designed the payment mechanism
Developed the supply chain and the savings and investment structure
The business case was approved by the CCG Wolverhampton Commissioning Committee.
